Return and Exchange Policy
We value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, please see our Terms and Conditions for additional information. Policy is subject to change without notice. For the following categories of products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances:
1. Perishable Items
This includes any items that are time-sensitive or have a limited shelf life, such as food products, flowers, or any goods that may spoil or degrade over time. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been delivered, even if unopened.
2. Gift Baskets or Gift Bags
All gift baskets and gift bags are final sale, as they are typically curated with a selection of items that are personalized or packaged for specific occasions. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Any such claims must be submitted immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence to verify the issue.
3. Custom Items
Custom or personalized items, including but not limited to made-to-order products, engraved items, or anything specially created for a customer, are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective. Claims for damaged or defective custom items must be submitted within 3 days of receipt, and photographic evidence will be required to substantiate the issue. Replacements or adjustments may be made upon approval, but returns are not permitted.
4. Personal Items that are Hazardous Materials or Have Safety or Health Hazards
For the safety and well-being of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal items that are classified as hazardous materials or pose safety or health risks. This includes items such as chemicals, certain cosmetics, and other products that fall under health and safety regulations. Once these items are shipped, they are not eligible for return or exchange due to potential risks.
Replacement Process for Eligible Claims
In the rare event that any of the above-mentioned items arrive damaged or defective, we will consider replacements only upon approval. To initiate a claim for a replacement:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt of the item to report the issue.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- We will assess the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement.
Please note that replacement shipping charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly agreed upon during approval.
Non-Refundable Items
Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable for any items, including custom, gift, perishable, and personal items considered hazardous or with safety concerns. This includes both the original shipping fee and any costs associated with returning or replacing the items.
